Japanese IT company is seeking for a Sr. Backend Engineer to join their team

Position: Sr. Backend Engineer

Industry: Japanese IT company

Location: West Coast

Pay: $140-170K (DOE) plus benefit

Status: Full time / Direct / Exempt/ 100% Remote

Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, (Meetings w/ Japan Mon-Thu 5pm-6pm PDT)

Job Description;

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design our backend systems

• Implement the designed system yourself with good documentation and tests

• Review other backend engineers' design and code

• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product designers, and architects

Requirement;

• 5+ years of experience working in development roles in software engineering

• Hands-on experience in writing software in Go

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies

• Knowledge and experience with CI/CD

• Effective communication and proficient writing in English
