    We are looking for a Digital Banking Specialist to join our team This position is responsible for:
    • Provide operational support of Wire Transfers
    • Creates, verifies, issues and receives wire and fund transfers for processing
    • Perform daily call back and account reconciliation activities
    • Monitor the status of wire and fund transfers
    • Investigate and researches disputes, suspicious or fraudulent activity for Wires, ACH, Debit Cards and Mobile Deposits while acting in accordance with state and federal regulations
    • Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; participates in special department projects, provide ongoing customer support for various bank products and services
    • Provide Operational support for debit cards, mobile deposits and ACH
    • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling of transactions and nonpublic personally identifiable information.

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Experience providing technical support and performing complex troubleshooting
    • Two years of banking experience preferred
    • Excellent communication skills and personable attitude
    • Ability to use various technical programs and devices; keyboarding, 10-key, Microsoft Office Suite, Smart phone, and digital channels
