We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our US Operations Team. You'll lead on-site installations, directing contractors as Lead FSE, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as site lead during new system installations
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time
- Perform routine maintenance services across client sites
