- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and generate quality documentation
- Identify opportunities to optimize product flow and enhance manufacturing performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, equipment, time studies, PM maintenance and perform cost justification on new machines & tooling
- Manage projects, deadlines, define and prioritize schedules to meet goals and commitments
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Technology
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in quality control, machining or welding
- ISO 9001 experience
- Knowledgeable with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and SolidWorks/AutoCAD
