    Responsibilities
    • Provide real-time technical support to customers.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Coordinate parts shipments to ensure timely delivery.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
    • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
    • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
    • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

    Work Environment
    The Field Service Technician will work in a variety of environments due to the extensive travel required. Predominantly, these environments include manufacturing locations and brewery locations. Based in Lincoln, Nebraska, the company employs over 100 dedicated professionals on a 140,000-square-foot campus.     Pay and Benefits
    The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
