    Overview

    If you're a soon-to-be graduate nurse, we want you! Beebe Healthcare is looking for a Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) with less than 12 months of experience to join our healthcare team. You'll have the opportunity to provide top-notch patient care, collaborate with diverse teams, and create a safe environment for our patients. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a fulfilling nursing career.

    As a Graduate RN, you'll be responsible for delivering patient care, assisting with patient education, and ensuring a high standard of nursing practice under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide compassionate and competent direct patient care with mentorship from experienced nursing staff
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate patient records
    • Monitor patients' well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team
    • Assist in developing personalized care plans to meet patients' holistic needs
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
    • Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments
    • Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
    • Utilize critical thinking skills to address emergent situations
    • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge
    • Uphold professional standards and confidentiality
    • Create a positive atmosphere for patients throughout their healthcare journey

    Credentials

    • Active Registered Nurse license
    • Completion of an accredited nursing program (BSN, ADN, or Diploma)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (additional certifications beneficial)
    • NIH Stroke Scale certification (unit dependent)
    Education

    • RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program
    Other Information

    This position is part of the Graduate Nurse Residency Program beginning November/December. Candidates must submit a resume, active nursing license, BLS Certification, and NIHSS Certification as part of the application process.

    Salaries starting at $34.50/Hr.
