    Responsibilities

    The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health will provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.

    • Develops comprehensive plans of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
    • Coordinates patient care with physicians, agencies, and community resources
    • Conducts initial and ongoing assessments, develops and implements care plans, and documents timely and accurately
    • Ensures patient eligibility and medical necessity guidelines are met

    Requirements

    • Current RN licensure in state of practice
    • Current CPR certification
    • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

    Salary Information

    $63,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
