    Description

    Job Description Responsibilities Assists with management of system resources the installation and integration of systems fixes and workarounds updates and enhancements including performance capacity availability serviceability and recoverability.

    Makes recommendations for new or improved systems and applications. Assists and advises junior level technicians with complex desktop issues. Develops strategies to accommodate needs prepares drafts for review by the COR and incorporates their comments and concerns.

    Experience Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience with proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows years of experience providing hardware & software troubleshooting.

    3+ years of experience with proficiency supporting Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to interact and work with a diverse customer Skills Written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Flexibility. Adaptability. Initiative.
