Responsibilities:
Assist in general project tasks, including but not limited to project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
Manage project submittals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Request quotes on materials from suppliers and vendors, and coordinate procurement activities.
Answer incoming phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Communicate effectively with teams in the office and in the field to facilitate project coordination and resolve issues promptly.
Provide administrative support to the project manager as required.


Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant project coordination experience.
Knowledge of electrical construction processes.
Ability to read Map Blueprints and Electrical Diagrams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Preferred

Qualifications:
Knowlege of electrical equipment.
AutoCAD/Bluebeam experience.
History working with USACE, or other government contracts is huge plus.
RMS or Procore experience.
