Being mainly focused on pediatric homecare, we are dedicated to looking after medically fragile children with acute or chronic illnesses in the cozy environment of their homes.

Whether you require care for just a couple of hours a day or 24/7, rest assured you'll receive the necessary care right at home.
PT, afternoons, 2-3 hour shifts

~Provides Home Health Aide services under the guidance of the Clinical Care Manager or Registered Nurse
May carry out basic procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services

Effective communication with all members of the interdisciplinary team through verbal reports, participation in staff meetings, and team conferences, upon request.

Successful completion of a formal certification training program and a written skills test and competency

Currently in good standing on the state Certified Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide registry.
Preferably, a minimum of six (6) months' work experience in a supervised setting, preferably a healthcare facility.
