The Associate Manager, Organic Search is a high visibility, high priority role within MDVIP.Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate business listings and ensuring a positive brand image through effective reputation management.
You will directly drive our organic search optimizations, and you will help shape and execute on MDVIP's AI search strategy.
This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of the listings, SEO, AEO/AIO spaces.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing staff, internal departments, and affiliated physicians and agencies to manage business listings and reputation programs to fuel leads and sales.
Listings and reputation management are two of the most important functions we perform for physicians, and we need a proactive and ambitious team member to take our program to the next level.
Optimize each physician's online business listings, including directories, search engines, social media platforms, and review sites.Proactively manage ratings, reviews, and our reputation (both for physicians and for MDVIP as a brand), working closely with relevant stakeholders across the business.
Manage external agencies and vendors, leveraging their expertise and tools to maximize growth.Build reporting for, and own communications on, listings and reputation strategy and performance.
Create and execute a winning AIO strategy, ensuring MDVIP is on the leading edge of updates in the space.
Strong analytical skills - synthesizes complex or diverse information; uses intuition and experience to complement data.
Clear communication - strong written and verbal communication. Ability to synthesize complicated systems and topics to bring along internal and external stakeholders.
Initiative - identifies and creates solutions to meet needs of the role.
Problem solving - thinks strategically, drawing information from diverse and varied sources to identify issues, risks, and trends to determine optimal solutions.
Drive and follow-through - exhibits a strong sense of ownership and accountability, diligently tracking progress, proactively addressing challenges, and relentlessly pursuing results to completion.
Bachelor's Degree.Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, with deep knowledge of organic search.
Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders across departments and seniority level.
Experience managing business ratings and reviews on Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.
Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
Proficiency in Supermetrics, PowerBI, or other analysis tools.
