    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    RPH on the Go is seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This position offers the opportunity to work third shift on a 7on 7off schedule, providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a long-term care setting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Verify and dispense medication orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes.
    • Monitor patient profiles for drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness of therapy.
    • Provide clinical pharmacy services such as medication regimen reviews and drug utilization evaluations.
    • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Assist with inventory management and medication storage.

    Shift:

    • Third Shift: 9:00pm - 7:00am
    • 7 on 7 off.

    Qualifications:

    • Pharmacy experience.
    • LTC or retail experience a plus.
    • TN Pharmacistlicense.
