- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Greenhouse ATS to meet the organization's recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain complex workflows, custom fields, scorecards, and job board integrations.
- Ensure the system is tailored to support diverse hiring processes, including high-volume recruiting, executive hiring, and university recruitment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations between Greenhouse and other HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, onboarding tools) and third-party applications (e.g., LinkedIn, background check providers).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Develop and maintain data migration plans for system upgrades or changes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all system configurations and integrations.
- Lead end-to-end Greenhouse ATS implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, recruitment, and leadership) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Document implementation processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Greenhouse-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in Greenhouse functionality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and process workflows.
- Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline).
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay informed about new Greenhouse features, updates, and industry trends.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to recruitment operations.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- At least 2 full-cycle Greenhouse implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and post-launch support.
- Deep knowledge of Greenhouse integrations with HRIS, payroll, and other third-party systems.
- Proven experience in complex system configurations, including custom workflows, scorecards, and job board integrations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse API and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
- Advanced knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferrable.
- Greenhouse certification or equivalent training is highly desirable.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenhouse ATS Analyst to join our dynamic HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Greenhouse ATS, including complex configurations, integrations, and full-cycle implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background who can optimize our recruitment processes, ensure seamless system integrations, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations. Experience with other ATS platforms will not be considered, as this role demands specialized expertise in Greenhouse.
