Our client is looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure a safe environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.
- Adhere to DOT and OSHA regulations.
Operational Management:
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
- Track and report maintenance metrics using Microsoft Office and Oracle EAM.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including electricians, welders, and mechanics.
- Provide performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve goals.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
- Monitor and adjust contracts, leases, and expenses related to maintenance.
- Ensure spending aligns with budgetary constraints.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain staffing levels and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Participate in hiring and training new employees.
- Work with HR to prepare job descriptions.
Special Projects:
- Undertake special projects as assigned.
- Support internal control processes and report any compliance issues.

Qualifications:

5-7 years in an industrial maintenance environment, with supervisory experience.
College courses in business or management are beneficial.
Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle EAM.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and adhere to safety regulations.
