Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Neuro ICU/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Boise, Idaho.

As a crucial member of the neuro intensive care and telemetry teams, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological conditions requiring intensive monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids as prescribed.
Monitor patients' neurological status and respond to changes promptly.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and postdischarge care.
Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and safety standards.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Neuro ICU and Telemetry settings.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and work environments.
Willingness to travel.
