    Description
    The Sr.

    Program Manager shall have a sharp business mind and a proven ability of relationship building, as well as strategics and implementing high-level program initiatives.

    Ultimately, Program Managers are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity, so business development is essential. The Sr. PM shall use the SOP as a guide/reference for duties and responsibilities.

    Items can change due to added contracts, changes in contract deliverables, organizational structure or upon the CEO's discretion at any time.

    At a high level, the Sr.

    PM should formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects, decide on suitable strategies and objectives, coordinate cross-project activities; lead and evaluate personnel, assess program performance, and aim to maximize ROI by proposal development and/or relationship development, and resolve projects' higher scope issues.

    This is NOT a remote position.

    Major responsibilities
    Conduct monthly meetings with the CEO and President via virtual or face-to-face about current contracts status and/or existing work.
    Conduct monthly follow-ups with employees.
    Maintain knowledge on all contracts and small business opportunities via educational training and webinars.

    Conduct, (identify, and research business development opportunities at a minimum 3 times a month to introduce new revenue streams and establish close-knit relationships with government (commercial, state, and federal) officials and third-party contractors.

    Suggest and manage changes to reports and deliverables to achieve maximum results.

    Work with other program managers and/or project managers onsite to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.

    Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
    Participate in proposal writing by working side-by-side with other team members.
    Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Accountable to Sr. Leadership for organic growth (expanded scope of existing contracts) and new growth.
    Ensure that current projects and contracts are ongoing by conducting site visits and visiting customers regularly.
    Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
    Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
    Participate in meetings and/or face-to-face meetings with government officials and other VIP members.
    Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs).
    Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle to the CEO.
    Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
    Effective oral and communication skills; can write proposals.
    Professional, reliable, independent, and determined.
    Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
    Proven experience managing a team.
    Proven experience in program and project management.
    Proven experience in Agile team.
    Willing to travel.
    Proven experience with strategic planning.
    Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
    Federal contract management experience and proven ability to win business.
    Demonstrated knowledge of the Proposal Management process.
