Job summary
The Director of Group Fitness oversees the group fitness department at Woodside, a luxury health club in Kansas City. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans for group fitness programs, managing instructors and staff, coordinating schedules and operational duties, promoting member relations through consultations and interactions with members.Qualifications
An associate's degree in a related health or fitness field is required; bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of five years of experience managing all aspects of a robust group fitness offering is also necessary.
