- Office Management
- Provide general office clerical support, receive incoming telephone calls and take messages, greet official visitors, and arrange for proper identification/passes.
- Documents
- Prepare, edit, format, and route correspondence, including LOS awards, official letters, memoranda, public release requests, invention disclosures, etc.
- Travel
- Make travel arrangements in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Coordination
- Maintain calendar and schedule appointments, arrange meetings including conferences both on and off center, and track the status of data calls and their due dates.
- Communication
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels of management are required.
- Responsible to mentor and coordinate tasking among division office managers.
- Approving official (AO) maintain certificate as AO, overseeing 3 Purchase card holders.

Description
Position Description The DG-3 incumbent will serve as the Office Manager for the Research and Intelligence Department (D5J0000), providing support across the Department staff and three divisions.
Duties will require mostly independent work with occasional support from management until the DG04 level has been met.
