Job Summary and Qualifications
The Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day clerical operations and developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive growth for key hospital services.
What you will do in this role:
Perform administrative support functions (i.e. calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, report generation, correspondence, etc.).
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the administrative office.
Act as a liaison between department staff and the senior management team.
Coordinate committees, meetings, etc. including scheduling, agenda, taking/typing minutes, etc. as requested.
Maintain administrative files and other correspondence as indicated.
Serve as ambassador of administration by providing high level of customer service (i.e. polite & professional telephone etiquette, prompt response to physician needs & requests, prompt & courteous response to all customer needs and/or concerns, etc.).
Coordinate and manage other administratively directed functions as assigned.
What qualifications you will need:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years progressively responsible clerical experience
Experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
Typing speed of 75 wpm and excellent written and oral communication skills required
Excellent computer skills required
