    Human Resource Generalist (2nd Shift)Are you ready to lead and innovate in the heart of the dairy industry? We're seeking a dynamic HRGeneralist for the second shift at a renowned and respected giant in dairy.

    You'll oversee employeerelations, recruiting, investigations and team leadership to ensure our employees meet the higheststandards.

    Location:
    approximately 30 miles outside of Syracuse, NYJob Responsibilities:
    Schedules and conducts interviews for hourly associates within the plant
    Responsible for recruiting for hourly positions, end to end.
    ATS Experience- sourcing resumes, scheduling/conducting interviews, screening candidates
    Supporting the business- attending career fairs, community events and on-going projects
    Employee relations- interacting with employees on site and on the floor as well as full cycle recruiting and interviewing
    Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and government reporting are in compliance
    Plans and conducts new employee orientation
    Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personal transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations
    Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performand review, safety and sexual harassment
    Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental, disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
    Plan and execute employee activities that foster meaningful connection (luncheons, celebrations, United Way Campaigns, Open Enrollment)
    Administers performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization
    Investigations, as needed, being comfortable with having both good conversations and corrective action conversationsRequired Skills/Qualifications:
    Associates Degree preferred- BA/BS a plus
    Manufacturing experience highly preferred
    Ability to work 2nd shift- 12-9pm M-F
    ATS experience required
