JMAC Energy Services is composed of a family of companies serving the Bakken oil field in North Dakota. These include heavy construction, water transfer, waste management, aggregate materials and trucking. The companies enjoy market-leading positions in each of their service categories, with long-term management and stable customer relationships.We are looking for a senior management professional who will work as a peer to the organizations senior leaders maintaining the companys industry-leading safety performance.
This position has historically included a role in managing the organizations DOT compliance and also providing leadership in Human Resources.
Candidates with experience in all these areas preferred but not required.Primary duties include the following:
Safety leadership and standardso Creating and management safety standards and processeso Field presence promoting safe behaviors with work forceo Customer interface for all safety related issueso Workforce training Safety complianceo OSHA reportingo ISNetworld reporting and maintenanceo Insurance representationo IFDA and DOT reporting Incident investigationo On-site post accident investigationo Preparation of reports and root cause analysis Case managemento Working with insurers assuring best outcomeso Interfacing with regulatorsREQUIREMENTS Position is based in Williston, ND Minimum 8 years experience in leadership and management Demonstrated expertise in safety leadership, regulatory requirements, and best methods Experience with oil and gas industry work force and customer standards.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with management teams. Excellent interpersonal communication skills including proficiency in Spanish. Good skills using Microsoft Office, computers and other technology.Preferred skills:
