    About the Role

    The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for customer, dealer, and vendor inquiries, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary contact for customer, dealer, and vendor inquiries
    • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, orders, and policies
    • Process quotes and purchase orders and support order entry workflow
    • Update and maintain customer data and project information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
    • Proactively communicate order status updates, including backorders and delivery timing
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
    • Support regular reporting and customer documentation needs

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
    • 1 to 2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred (manufacturing / B2B a plus)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE a plus
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
    • Positive, team-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality customer service

    Required Skills
