- Provide one-on-one nursing care to a specific student based on their individual health needs and care plan.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and assess the student's health status regularly and communicate any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and communications related to the student's care.
- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Prior experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred but not required.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
