This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at SKYLAKE Adventures.
The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and oversee daily operations, manage the MOD program and ensure smooth functionality across all departments.
What You'll Be DoingResponsibilities include staff management, coordinating schedules, implementing effective processes, maintaining safety standards, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. The Operations Manager will monitor operational KPIs, guest feedback, and service recovery efforts. They will champion safety, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness across the park.
Additionally, the OM will assist Human Resources and the General Manager to recruit, train, coach, and lead department managers, supervisors, and frontline teams.
This role requires consistent interaction between teams to ensure an enhanced guest experience.What Makes You a Fit
Ability to lead and manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
Knowledge of water attractions and activities, with the potential to become an SGE instructor.
Enjoy working in a fun and high energy environment.
Proficiency in coordinating operations, streamlining workflows, and executing action plans effectively.
Commitment to ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and resolving complaints efficiently.
Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and risk management in operational settings.
Ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and guests.
Experience in hospitality, leisure industry, or theme park operations is a strong advantage.
