Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as an Accounting Assistant. Our client is a $50M revenue company with approximately 50 employees that monetizes internet traffic.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable in NetSuite.

salary:
$21.5 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Conduct weekly AP runs and process invoices
Handle company credit card accounting and expense reports
Process receipts from customers, primarily through credit cards and
ACH
Assist with maintaining accurate financial records in NetSuite
