The Mission:
- Lead, train and inspire the team to find the balance in working hard while having fun with customers and fellow employees
- Manage the overall operations of the store in the absence of the owner
- Develop a customer-centric culture that makes Pump House an awesome place for dessert and friendly place to hang out
What you need to bring:
- Exceptional people skills
- Leadership experience
- Flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and means of transportation
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Manage and lead the team - providing guidance, support and pumpiness
- Ensure excellent customer experience by making sure the shop is clean and fully stocked
- Handle cash transactions and accurate money management
- Supervise food preparation and adherence to Health Department standards
- Support management with shift planning, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Experience in managing shift operations within a fast-paced environment such as a cafeteria, catering service, or hotel restaurant is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
