Mobile Home Housekeeper

The Mobile Home Housekeeper position at Select Water Solutions is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in sleeping accommodations, restrooms, common rooms, and offices across various locations.

Job Description

The core responsibilities of this role include:

Cleaning and sanitizing various areas including toilets, showers, sinks, and countertops.
Maintaining a clean kitchen area, including appliances like stoves, ovens, and microwaves.
Performing regular tasks such as washing windows, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Handling laundry duties specific to mobile housing.
Managing waste disposal and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed.
Addressing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues by coordinating with relevant personnel for repairs.

Requirements

Prior experience in housekeeping and general maintenance.
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and telephone communication.
Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands and Exposures

Work involves exposure to various weather conditions and physical exertion.
