- Integrates local market(s) intelligence into the planning process
- Own market(s) performance management processes, strategic planning, and forecasting.
- Facilitates communication among local market leadership, commercial finance, and FP&A teams.
- Evaluates metrics to track specific market trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate with business leaders to maximize effectiveness
- Develop preliminary Financial Growth Targets and KPIs to assess division performance.
- Monitors profit margins and identifies opportunities to drive overall profitability.
- Provides input to Commercial Finance and Revenue Management regarding pricing opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or another business-related field of study preferred;
- Two or more years' related experience in the wholesale beverage alcohol industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's degree or CPA preferred.
- Travel requirements could be up to 20%.

SummaryThe Finance Director leads a team of associates who provide financial support to their assigned territory/state leadership team. The role coordinates all financial-related activities of the assigned territory/state(s), including Annual Operating Plan Development, Business Forecasting, Risk & opportunity evaluation, P&L reporting (full), and partnering with Operations for CAPEX spend requests. The role will work closely with Commercial Finance and Revenue Management to maximize local execution of pricing, programming, and delivering supplier goals.
