    We're better together This role is fully on-site for the first 90 days and Monday through Thursday after that.
    This is a full-time, direct-hire role, meaning no C2C/C2H.

    The ability to think tactically as well as strategically and to articulate your expectations to a mixed team of engineers, senior level developers, operation support, and professional services teams is critical to the success in this role.

    We are currently seeking an outstanding Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of automation tooling, self-healing monitoring, and centralized dashboards for our cutting-edge digital banking platforms and supporting operations teams.

    What You Will Do

    Design, develop, and implement automation tooling to enhance efficiency and streamline processes within the digital banking platforms.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop scalable automation solutions.
    Continuously evaluate and enhance existing automation processes for optimal performance.
    Lead the development and implementation of self-healing monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues in real-time.
    Work closely with system reliability engineers to create automated responses and remediation strategies for common incidents.
    Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the monitoring system aligns with evolving business needs.
    Design and maintain centralized dashboards to provide real-time visibility into the performance and health of digital banking platforms.
    Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly dashboards for operations teams.
    Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system architects, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.

    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues related to automation tooling, monitoring, and dashboards.

    Create comprehensive documentation for automation tooling, self-healing monitoring processes, and centralized dashboards.
    Conduct training sessions for operations teams to ensure they can effectively utilize the developed tools and dashboards.

    What You Will Need To Have

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
    7 to 10 years of professional experience at large organizations, preferably within Financial Services
    At least 7 years of experience supporting enterprise-level software in a large datacenter
    5+ years of experience with any scripting languages such as PHP (preferred), Python, Perl, Windows (PowerShell) or Unix (Bash)
    5+ years of experience with Transact SQL (MySQL or SQL Server) and Microsoft IIS
    Proficient in a Linux (RHEL) and Windows (web applications) based environment
    Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation and CI/CD automation
    Experience with Harness, Octopus, Puppet, Ansible or Chef
    Proficient understanding of UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
    Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Moogsoft or similar technologies.

    What Would Be Great To Have

    Familiarity with digital banking platforms and associated technologies.

    This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
