3rd Shift Production Operator

Job Summary:

A leading contract and professional placement firm is seeking a 3rd shift production operator to support aerospace and energy industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate equipment and machinery, adhering to company quality requirements.
Support production areas, including grit blast, grinding, belt sanding, chisel, tact weld, braze, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
Maintain production time standards, utilize precision measuring tools effectively, and document operations on travelers and log sheets.
Communicate professionally with peers, leadership, and customers, while upholding 5-S principles for department housekeeping.
Cross-train other employees as needed and adhere to the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) essential.
Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability, and strong team-building skills.
Lean skills for continuous process improvement and intermediate computer skills required.
Ability to work 10:30 PM to 7 AM Sunday through Thursday, 3rd shift.

Working Conditions:

Work in a fast-paced production environment, wearing proper PPE and safety equipment at all times.

Languages:

English fluency essential.

Benefits:

Competitive pay rate: USD 18.00 /hr - USD 20.00 /hr.
