DePaul Healthcare is looking for an experienced Dietary Director in
New Jersey. This position is responsible for management of all aspects of Food Services. Duties include supervision, training and scheduling of Cooks and Dietary Aides, ordering food, inventory control and maintaining a budget. Our Dietary Director also cooks several times per week. Candidates must have a minimum of two years' recent Dietary Management experience in an Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing facility.

Serve-Safe certification is required.
