    Description

    Community hospital that provides quality care in numerous areas, including cancer treatment, cardiac care, same-day surgery, orthopedics, diagnostics, women's health, and rehabilitation services.

    Licensed RN with a BSN, Masters preferred.

    7 +years Clinical Nursing (3 years in Surgical Services) experience with at least 3 years Management/Leadership experience required.

    Experience with Cardiac Surgery Service Lines a plus.

    Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association must be obtained within 90 days of employment, if not current upon hire.

    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
