- Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training services according to Sports Core standards
- Performing fitness services with minimal direction
- Includes body fat testing, girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testing
- Promoting, designing and performing longterm personal training programs according to the needs and goals of healthy, average adults
- Effectively demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment in all fitness and training areas according to quality standards
- Maintaining accurate member and personal client records according to standard operating procedures
- Assisting with setup, cleaning and preventative maintenance for all fitness related equipment; weight benches, racks and equipment, spinning bikes and any pool needs
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Minimum of 200 hours PMA with Pilates Method Alliance Previous Pilates instructor experience highly preferred.
- CPR certification required; firstaid certification preferred
- ACE, AFFA, ACSM or related national certifications required within one year of employment along with the Advanced Pilates Certification (if not PMA certified)
