    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Attends assigned kitchen cooking station(s) to prepare foods according to menu portion and quality specifications.
    May act as relief for regularly scheduled cook, in specific outlets, during busy or emergency periods.
    Ensures menu quality and consistency of food items.
    Ensures kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and sanitary condition.
    Promotes positive public relations.
    Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
    Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently
