Our Respiratory Therapists are part of the lifesaving response teams that assist during patient emergencies. We offer both inpatient and outpatient services Join us in making a difference

Schedule:

Full-time
72 hours every two weeks
12 hour days or 12 hour nights
Every third weekend, rotating holidays

Shift differential incentives: Receive more for the off shifts you work

$4.00 per hour for straight nights
$2.000 per hour for weekends

Responsibilities include:

Assessing and treating inpatients and outpatients requiring airway assistance and administering diagnostic procedures.
Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis
Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs
Mentor for new graduates that start their careers with our team

Qualifications:

Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire

*To be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
