    Allied Universal is hiring a Financial Planning Manager to be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA. The Financial Planning Manager is responsible for playing a key role as a strategic business partner in supporting the annual planning process, quarterly forecasting, and monthly/weekly management reporting and analysis for the consolidated company results. The Financial Planning Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Financial Planning as well as the regional financial leaders to help in delivering the financial targets for the company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare monthly financial closing packages
  • Develop annual operating plan to interface with the field organization to help optimize business needs
  • Work with financial sponsors to support capital raising
  • Develop world class financial reporting, giving management transparent reporting of results and forecasts
  • Perform financial analysis for business profitability
  • Consolidate financials across multiple regions and businesses
  • Continue to develop best in class department and processes
  • Provide insightful decision support to drive sales and profits higher
  • Interact with divisional controllers to ensure consolidation of financials are accurate
  • Drive cross functional projects to enhance EBITDA
  • QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field of study
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in company finance, strategy, or Merger and Acquisition (M&A) teams
  • Proven track record of business success, achievement, and promotion
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent grasp of corporate FP&A fundamentals, familiarity with accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use sound independent judgment and discretion
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Master's degree in Business Administration
  • Experience working at a private equity backed company
  • Experience working In OneStream and/or DOMO business intelligence platforms
