This highly regarded practice group is recognized as a leading trusts and estate group in Southern California. Job Responsibilities

· Develop relationships with clients as you establish legal objectives, explain legal options, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court and mediation

· Manage caseload and prioritize multiple cases and assignments

· Prepare pleadings, manage all aspects of discovery, research, prepare motions, all aspects of trial preparation and trial work as second chair

Qualifications

· Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California bar

· Minimum of four years of civil or commercial litigation experience

· Seeking candidate that is self-motivated, is looking for trial experience, and appreciates a high degree of responsibility under the oversight and tutelage of experienced litigators

· Strong analytical, research, oral and written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and reprioritize caseload
