Oracle Health (Cerner) Emergency Medicine Consultant at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description We are searching for an experienced Cerner FirstNet / Emergency medicine implementation consultant who would be able to lead and advise clients through an EHR implementation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of Oracle Health (Cerner) Emergency Medicine solutions, as well as industry standard methodology workflows, and the ability to lead multiple complex project timelines, while guiding both the client and a less experienced primary consultant aligned to those projects.

Oracle Health (Cerner) Emergency Medicine emergency department information system helps emergency department (ED) clinicians document patient care, streamline patient and departmental throughput, as well as, realize appropriate charge capture for facility, injection, and infusion charges.

From door to discharge, emergency medicine solutions provide ED clinicians with the information and tools they need to streamline patient care and patient throughput.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will have experience implementing Oracle Health (Cerner) Emergency Medicine / Cerner FirstNet solutions.

They will provide Oracle Health's standard methodology recommendation on FirstNet/Emergency Medicine system design, departmental workflows (clinical and financial), and integrated impact assessments based on key design decisions throughout the system implementation.

They will adopt Oracle Health's methodology, company procedures, and leading standard process recommendations.

The successful candidate will be able to immediately assist with driving data collection, design discussions, provide workflow guidance and provide strategic consulting on client projects.

They will learn and adhere to our standard process methodology to drive client success and keep appropriate team members informed of any risks to project success.

As a primary consultant on a project, they will be comfortable mentoring and coaching junior consultants and delegating necessary responsibilities to ensure on-time project delivery.

This is a fully billable position, which requires the management of multiple complex client engagements.

The successful candidate will apply previous work experience and change management abilities to influence the adoption of a new EHR system, not only in the Emergency Department but across the healthcare organization.
