Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Lead to support a mission-criticallarge-scale software and hardware integration program for a federal customer.
This role is ideal for a servant-leader who thrives in complex environments,
enjoys enabling high-performing teams, and knows how to balance discipline with pragmatism.
You will guide one complex Agile team, or multiple smaller teams, within A scaled agile framework (SAFe), help them deliver real incremental value while continuously improving how they work. Beyond facilitating ceremonies you'll act as coach problem-solver and change agent removing impediments strengthening team dynamics helping them mature in their Agile practices.
