If so, we want you on our team We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team, specializing in high-end multi-family new construction projects.

    In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of luxury apartment buildings, working alongside experienced professionals to maintain the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist the Project Manager in all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction to closeout. Participate in bid reviews, subcontract negotiations, and vendor management. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure clear project specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. Monitor and track construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans and safety regulations. Manage submittal and RFI (Request for Information) processes. Prepare and track project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and change orders. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in multi-family or high-end residential construction (required). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
