- Enhance our existing data collection pipeline by incorporating a variety of features from public data sources using data mining techniques and API, contributing to a comprehensive biotech company knowledge base.
- Acquire and apply machine learning or deep learning methodologies to analyze biological data effectively.
- Build proficiency in essential programming languages, including R and Python, specifically for bioinformatics analysis.
- Engage with epigenetic datasets, employing tools to understand and interpret complex biological information.
- Execute and interpret computational methods and pipelines, providing novel insights into various biological problems.
- Present analytical results clearly and effectively to the team.
- Participate actively in team projects, demonstrating the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Undergraduate/Master/Ph.D. in computer science, data science, life science, bioinformatics, medical informatics, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language for big data management and analysis.
- Familiarity with R and Python, especially applied to bioinformatics, is highly advantageous.

What's the job all about?
The summer internship is focused on the research and development of innovative methods for organizing and analyzing biological data.
