Job summary
Oversee the shipment of tools equipment and materials to upstream field locations onshore and offshore Execute and track urgent shipments to support drilling schedules and wellsite operations Ensure adherence to special instructions related to destination environmental conditions and rig requirements Prepare accurate shipping and export documentation including Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Certificates of Origin MSDS Ensure compliance with international trade regulations ITAR EAR IATA IMDG DOT hazardous material shipping standards Process outbound shipments using JD Edwards ERP other logistics management systems Maintain proactive communication with global sales teams operations coordinators rig logistics personnel Manage backlog shipping priorities meet tight project deadlines Maintain a clean safe compliant shipping area QHSE Quality Health Safety Environmental standards Respond to field internal stakeholder requests in real-time via phone email Support additional logistics warehouse tasks as required by supervisor Job Requirements Must be able perform dynamic fast-paced upstream logistics environment Familiarity oilfield equipment upstream supply chain practices Ability work extended hours during rig mobilizations urgent callouts Reasonable accommodations will made individuals disabilities accordance company policy Behavioral Competencies Strong problem-solving skills sense urgency accuracy Capable independent decision-making time-sensitive logistics scenarios Effective communicator across field office third-party channels Team-oriented high level adaptability changing operational demands Technical Competencies Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook Word Teams Working knowledge JD Edwards similar ERP system Experience preparing international domestic shipping documentation Familiar Incoterms rig logistic customs clearance procedures
