    Warehouse Clerk - Full Time, 2nd Shift

    Seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team. Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments.

    WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

    • 2nd Shift:12:30pm to 9pm CDT; Sunday-Saturday 6 day work week.
    • Starting hourly pay range of $19.29, plus shift differential.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

    • Monitors incoming and outgoing shipments including verifying information against invoices, orders, or other records.
    • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with Shipping to rectify issues.
    • Routes items and paperwork to various departments and personnel.
    • Maintains inventory of shipping and receiving materials and supplies.
    • Schedules, dispatches, and coordinates receiving appointments, outgoing loads, and trailer traffic.
    • Completes compliance logs and other paperwork; records and applies seals to loads.
    • Cross-trains in all Dispatch Clerk responsibilities.
    • Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
    • Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
    • High School Diploma/GED, required.

    SKILLS:

    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with basic office equipment including Microsoft applications.
    • Ability to compute by adding, subtracting, and averaging numbers.
    • Ability to analyze, interpret, correlate, and present data.
    • Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
