    We are accepting applications for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer position to grow our organization's relationships that ultimately help improve healthcare.

    What You Will Do:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of BI requirements for our healthcare product.
    • Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights.
    • Design and implement data models to support business intelligence.
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient BI solutions that enable customers and internal stakeholders to make informed decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, business analysts, data scientists, and engineers.
    • Work closely with the engineering team to integrate data from various sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
    • Apply advanced SQL skills to build data models that power BI Dashboards
    • Utilize Sigma BI Tool to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide healthcare insights into population health and care management.
    • Ability to assist in analytics projects across departments as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent qualification.
    • 5 Years experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
    • Strong experience with Data Modeling and advanced SQL.
    • Proven experience with BI tools such as Sigma BI, Power BI and Tableau.
    • Expertise in creating aesthetically pleasing Dashboards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Knowledge of modern data warehousing concepts and best practices.

    Demonstrated experience and proficiency with:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient with advanced Excel skills
    • Ability to work independently but function as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Detail-oriented and Accountable
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels in and out of the organization.

    Nice to Have Skills / Experience:

    • Healthcare industry experience
    • Experience with Sigma BI
    • Python programming language experience
    • Experience with ETL tools
    • Additional certifications in related BI tools or data technologies.
    • Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, including experience with tools like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery and familiarity with dbt, airflow, or other similar data platforms.
