- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Resides in Stark, Summit, or Portage County
- Experience in providing direct patient care including but not limited to wound care, IV, and administering medications
- Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus

Role Description
This is a PRN, remote role for a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse at Hometown Care, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams, and administering medications and treatments. You will also be responsible for completing in-home visits, monitoring patients' conditions, documenting patient information, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
