- Schedule: Weekend Day Shift
- Pay Rate: $32.19 per hour
- Safely perform aircraft preparation, painting, and detailing under minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Assist with assignment and work direction for team members.
- Promote and uphold high-quality standards.
- Follow standard procedures with tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
- Track parts and sign-off work using the material tracking system.
- Assist with aircraft movement.
- Adhere to Paint shop standard practices.
- Mentor other members of the team as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Exciting opportunity available in the field of Aircraft Painting with PDS Tech to advance your career!
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. 4 years of experience in paint processes. Valid Driver's License required.
The Senior Aircraft Painter independently prepares, paints, and details aircraft according to company quality standards and procedures. Acts as Lead in their absence, providing guidance to other painters.

Thorough understanding of paint processes and products. Ability to read blueprints and engineering documentation. Must be able to pass required tests and certifications.
