Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Alba, CA

Job Description:
Soliant is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a position in Alba, California. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing behavior analytic services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients and families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and monitor treatment goals
Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
California state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
Strong munication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

State Licensure Requirements:
Applicants must possess or be eligible to obtain California state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA).
