Easterseals UCP (ESUCP) is searching for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
This is a fast-paced environment where you work smart, build relationships, and continue the ongoing growth of the organization with qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and verifying references for potential new hires
Participate in the development of recruitment strategies by proposing innovative solutions to help source and attract candidates who have the key competencies we are looking for and the potential to grow
Provide feedback and coaching to managers on all aspects related to attracting talent, from the initial understanding of their needs to the planning of the integration of new employees, to help them build high-performing teams
Work in close collaboration with HR business partners to align recruitment activities to the HR needs and challenges of their client groups
Stay informed about best practices and tools available related to attracting and selecting talent
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Bachelor's Degree- preferably Business or Human Resources or equivalent Recruitment work experience in healthcare staffing
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills are necessary to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
Temporary/Non-exempt staffing or Healthcare Recruitment (CNAs, PCAs, DSPs, QPs) background is required.
Bilingual is a plus
