- Traditional GI Practice
- Schedule includes 3 weeks in the clinic and 1 week providing inpatient consults
- Clinic week will consist of 2 or 3 days of seeing patients in the outpatient clinic and the rest of the week performing procedures
- GI Hospitalist
- 7 days on/7 days off block scheduling
- 24-hour block coverage - Providers are in house from 7 am to 5 pm and take call for the remaining time
- General GI base salary starting at $640,000 + $20,000 performance bonus
- Advanced GI base salary starting at $660,000 + $20,000 performance bonus + $50,000 per year advanced GI services stipend
- Advanced GI total comp potential is $730,000 if doing ERCP
- $20,000 signing bonus + relocation allowance + wRVU bonus
- Providers have the potential to make up to $900,000 in total compensation
