    Job Summary

    We're on the lookout for a skilledPlumbing Site Supervisor to oversee plumbing projects in industrial and commercial settings at various locations. The Plumbing Site Supervisor will be in charge of managing on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
    • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow and timely project completion
    • Provide guidance and support to teams, including training on proper techniques and procedures
    • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in commercial or industrial plumbing
    • Experience performing the duties listed in the job summary
    • Experience with various plumbing systems such as sanitary waste & vent systems, storm drains, domestic water piping, among others
    • Experience in tasks like excavating, backfilling, cutting concrete, and pressure testing
    • Skilled in soldering, brazing, and other connecting methods
    • Hold a Plumbing License
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Comfortable working in diverse environmental conditions
    • Willingness to travel within the greater Cincinnati area as required
